A pattern such as
RN-yyyy/nnnn, reset yearly, monthly or never. Two invoices issued at the same moment never share a number. -
UPN QR code
On every invoice, so it can be paid from a phone. Payment reference as SI00, SI12 with a check digit, SI99 or your own pattern.

Reliability
An issued invoice stays exactly as you issued it.
An invoice has to read the same in five years as on the day it went out. So S.P.jček pins each invoice to the company details, logo and template that were current at the time.
- A new address, IBAN or logo applies to new invoices only.
- Fixing a typo doesn’t mean cancel and reissue — the number stays the same.
- A cancellation can be undone if it was a mistake.
- No gaps in the sequence: only the latest invoice in a period can be deleted, and its number goes back to the counter.

Frequently asked questions
Who is S.P.jček for?
Sole traders (s. p.) and small companies (d. o. o.) in Slovenia — VAT-registered or not.
Can I switch mid-year when I’ve already issued invoices?
Yes. Set a starting number, say 47, and carry on where you left off. The counter resets by itself in January.
What about flat-rate (normiran) sole traders?
There’s no special setting because you don’t need one. Flat-rate expenses are an income-tax matter for your annual return and don’t change what goes on an invoice. All that matters is whether you’re VAT-registered.
Can I send an e-invoice to the public sector or a large company?
S.P.jček produces the e-invoice in e-SLOG 2.0 format, with the order number, contract and payment reference. You then submit the file through your bank or the UJP portal.
Does S.P.jček track payments?
No, on purpose. S.P.jček issues invoices; it isn’t bookkeeping software. Track payments in your bank or with your accountant.
What language are the invoices in?
Each invoice has its own language setting — Slovenian or English — independent of the language you use the app in.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API with access tokens scoped to a single company. Create tokens in the settings.
